*All orders will be processed in US Dollars.

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 3 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 3 hour period has expired will incur a 25 USD cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be cancelled.

Products on www.LuxosClothing.com are sold on a first come first served basis.

Your item is not reserved once you add to cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

SOLD OUT

While we endeavor to make stock available to all of our customers we are currently experiencing high demand. If the item you are interested in is out of stock please click waitlist on the product page and enter your email address to sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock.

 

SHIPPING

*All orders will be shipped from Europe.

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above $200 and we charge flat fee of $20 for orders below $200.

Import Tax/Duty will be calculated at checkout(If Applicable)

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; DHL, Fedex and UPS.

Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and most countries within the European Union.

Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation. 

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Luxosclothing or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Luxosclothing. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation. Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout.

*Please note In the event the product is returned, duties and taxes will not be refunded. 

You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries, so we recommend that you hire a customs broker to determine whether you can apply for a refund for customs fees related to your return.

 

LOST PACKAGE

We will be responsible for lost packages during transit. If tracking never shows as delivered we will either resend your order or refund your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows as successfully delivered.

Please opt in to Encased Shipping Insurance for a complete protection for your order.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel and a tracking link directing you to the courier's website.
