RETURNS

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days after delivery. 

Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges after 14 days have gone by since delivery of your order.

Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using only the return label provided by us.

We don't offer free returns at this time.

A fee of 25 USD per item will be charged for returns.  

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our return department at admin@luxosclothing.com. 

 

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return:

  • All returned items must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
  • Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.
  • Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging.
  • Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are treated like returns. If you would like to make an exchange, then you will need to return the original item first and place another order for the new item you wish to purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
